What are some fun/annoying/strange things to do in a small town with friends?

Me and my group of about 6 friends live in a really small town. There is nothing to do. Some of the things we have done was run around town in party hats in the rain, wore chinease hats and walked through the streets, sit on random people's porches, have our friend in a motorized wheel chair pull us down the street in a wagon, and ride tricycles down the road. Any ideas to keep us entertained?
