Why is it that everytime I upload this video to youtube it says its banned?

This sounds like a technical issue. It could be the kind of file your rendering your video to. Try rendering your slide show as an .MPG, AVI, MOV, FLV (if youtube uploads flv files) or something else. It's possible too your computer uploaded some upgrades that now in conflict with what you're doing.
