What do you think of my story? and what should the main character's name should be? and how bout the title?

I don't know what kind of age group you are going for, but if it's a high school read, then I would have to say edit it. A ton. I like the idea of the first sentence, but the rest is a bit too unoriginal. Also use better diction, it just sounds too plain. Maybe try to pull the reader in with some actual spy action and mission? and then start with the first sentence and who the main character is? Isabelle is okay, but I feel like a spy story protagonist should have more of a boyish name. It proves a hard working and persevering person. Sorry for the harsh criticism, but I believe that if you want to write a very good story, then negative comments are needed.
